The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower Rebrand
Challenge
The STRAT is a Las Vegas landmark competing in one of the most saturated paid-media markets in the country. The 2023 brand flight delivered reach but underperformed on outcomes — Display ROAS at 0.86×, Social ROAS at 0.90×. The brief for 2024 was direct: hold total brand investment flat, but make every channel measurably accountable.
Approach
We built a unified brand platform — "You Don't Know Strat" — and extended one creative system across TV, CTV, paid social, paid display, and digital out-of-home. Three shifts defined the flight: one creative idea executed everywhere, the media mix reweighted toward Social as the primary conversion driver, and CTV held as the upper-funnel anchor at a 98% completion rate.
Results
Total attributed revenue grew from $49,805 to $191,635 — a 3.85× lift on flat spend. Social ROAS climbed from 0.90× to 5.88×. Display ROAS more than doubled, moving from below break-even into clearly profitable territory. CTV maintained best-in-class video completion at $0.04 CPCV.
