Kim is a Las Vegas native with 25+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, digital marketing, and strategic project execution. Known for her ability to turn big-picture ideas into tangible results, Kim has led marketing initiatives across a range of industries, including hospitality, gaming, entertainment, website development, HR compliance, and promotional products

For nearly two decades, Kim served at Golden Entertainment, ultimately as Vice President of Creative & Digital Strategy. In that role, she oversaw marketing efforts for 9 casino properties and 70+ tavern venues, building and managing high-performing teams while developing scalable systems that delivered measurable ROI.

Today, Kim leads Kreative Insight Marketing, a consultancy agency designed to support businesses of all sizes—whether they need branding clarity, operational efficiency, or just a trusted partner who can bring ideas to life. From startups to enterprise-level operations, Kim offers the insight and hands-on leadership to move projects forward with purpose.
