A LITTLE BACKGROUND

I'm a Las Vegas native with more than two decades in creative direction, brand strategy, and digital marketing. I've built marketing departments, led teams, launched brands, rebranded legacy ones, and run multimillion-dollar campaigns.

For nearly 20 years, I was at Golden Entertainment, ultimately as Vice President of Creative & Digital Strategy. In that role, I led marketing across 10 casino properties and more than 70 taverns — building high-performing teams and scalable systems that delivered measurable ROI across an extremely diverse portfolio.

I've also led work across hospitality, entertainment, retail, and professional services — which means I've seen what works at scale and what works when you're a small team with a tight budget and big goals.

Today I run Kreative Insight Marketing, an agency built for business owners who need real marketing leadership — not another freelancer, not a faceless agency. I bring the strategy of a senior CMO and a trusted network of designers, developers, photographers, and specialists who execute alongside me.
